Check-in is from 3 pm.

Check-out is by 10 am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please message us. However, please know that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in.

• Please remove shoes.

• No smoking or vaping inside.

• Please take care with the walls, they are easily damaged.

• Please keep all food scraps out of the sink (and therefore the septic tank).

• If you spill something that causes a stain (like coffee, wine or juice), please wipe it up, just as you would at home! There is paper towel and cleaning wipes in the dresser drawer.

• Please also use these disposable wipes to clean outside furniture, if that is necessary. In other words, I would rather you not use a wash-cloth or a hand towel from the bathroom. :-)

• Remember that power cables and rechargeable batteries can be unreliable. Nobody wants a house fire! With that in mind, and for everybody’s safety, do not leave the heater or the fan on unattended. Do not leave items recharging for long periods. General Rule : if you leave to go out, or are ready to sleep for the night, switch it off!

At the moment we have Clarabelle, Patches and Griselda, yearlings. Unlike our old cows, these three are a little flighty and don’t welcome a head-scratch. However, you can still get close for a photo if you see them drinking water near the fence.

If you are not sure, please do not fiddle with the digital radio / bluetooth speaker.
